Listening does not change the world . But communicating among cultures opens all of us a new era of cooperation.
Culture can be considered a collective knowledge of a group with a similar way of thinking and behaving.
Intercultural communication is a complex concept, which I will reflect from different aspects in this course. Also, intercultural conflicts play a major role in our day to day interactions with people.
The aim of this workshop is to build respectful relationships between different cultures in a business context.
Every culture has something unique and I want to contribute to discover and better understand this diversity.
