Regarding my training for “sustainability”, we will work together on what sustainability exactly means and why we need it in companies and the economy.
Another component of my training offer is the successful integration of the developed “why” into the company – i.e. the successful purpose transfer to the employees. This is the key to a successful company transformation. It depends on a large extent on whether the changes are accepted, integrated and lived by the employees. It is precisely at these key points that we work. My offer is both the own implementation as well as the training of the executives for a successful mediation. Another component of the training will be internal communication as well as external communication. Authentic external communication will be worked on and appropriate strategies will be provided.
